Description

This is a non-personnel services contract to provide barracks Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) maintenance and repair service. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to provide maintenance and repairs for CCTV systems and associated all components in 244 barracks for the duration of the contract. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, testing, equipment, tools, supplies, and transportation necessary for on-call, corrective and preventive maintenance and repair of all CCTV equipment. Attachment 3�is provided for estimated workload data with information about the CCTV systems location (barracks) and an equipment list that shall be kept current with additions or deletions by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) on an as needed basis and with the issuance of a contract modification. The Government reserves the right to add or delete the number of CCTV systems (barracks) during the life of the contract.
