General Services Administration (GSA) is serving Notice of Intent regarding the following space: State: S. Carolina City: Greenville Delineated Area: North: Starting at corner of Rutherford St and W Stone Ave, W Stone Ave to E Stone Ave to E I-385 to Roper Mountain Rd to Hwy 14. East: Hwy 14 from Roper Mountain Rd to Old Stage Rd South: Old Stage Rd to Hwy 276 to E Washington St to Butler Ave West: Butler Ave to Buncombe St to Rutherford St Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,108 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,443 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 3 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Greenville, South Carolina, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expression of interest must be received no later than 07-07-2020 and should include the following information at a minimum. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): 1.�������� Building name/address and the location of available space within the building; 2. ������� Rentable square feet available and the expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; 3. ������� ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and the expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced, inclusive of a Tenant Improvement allowance of $19.92/ABOA SF, meeting GSA's standard building shell requirements; 4. ������� Building ownership information; 5.�������� Amount of parking available onsite; 6. ������� Energy Efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; 7. ������� List of building Services provided; 8. ������� One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered; 9. ������� Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; 10. ����� In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement; 11. ����� Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission.
