- Description
- The US Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, Budget Staff has a requirement for an online subscription that provides legislative research services and tracking tools a base year for the (September 27, 2020 through September 26, 2021) and 2 one year option periods (September 27, 2021 through September 26, 2022, and September 27, 2022 through September 26, 2023).� This service must allow up to 10 users and provide (1) access to tracking budget-related legislative activity, (2) access to daily Federal legislative news, schedules and expert analysis, (3) access to Federal legislative tracking, reporting and notification, including: bill text, digests, bill markups allowing for comparison of House/Senate changes, revisions, and additions (e.g., side-by-side, strikethrough, or track change comparisons; Amendment text; Committee reports and markup coverage; Congressional records; Floor voting records, summaries and reports; Conference summaries, (4) access to House and Senate legislative summaries, both daily and weekly, (5) access to up-to-the-date Congressional Member profiles and staff listings, (6) access to or notification of, current/live Congressional floor activities, (7) access to Congressional and other newsworthy transcripts and testimonies, (8) access to the Federal Register, (9) the ability to create customized email alerts and search lists, (10) monitoring, tracking, reporting and notification of healthcare legislation, and (11) provide user training and support.� The online subscription services to be procured under this synopsis must conform with Section 508 Accessibility Standards. SECTION 508 NOTIFICATION - The products or services quoted in response to this synopsis are information and communication technology (ICT) as defined by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 1998 Amendments, Revised Standards. For products and services which are ICT, vendor must specify how each product or service complies with the Section 508 standards applicable by completing the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) found at www.section508.gov or providing written documentation as to compliance with each applicable Accessibility Standard.� The SECTION 508 ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS that may be apply to this request are listed as follows.� Detailed information regarding the Standard can be found at https://www.access-board.gov/guidelines-and-standards/communications-and-it/about-the-ict-refresh/final-rule/text-of-the-standards-and-guidelines.
