Description

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses will be treated as information only and will not be used as a proposal. The information submitted in response to this RFI may be used to help the Government further define its requirements. Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) is issuing this RFI as a means of conducting market research to determine the availability for small business concerns capable of satisfying the Bid/Build of Building 1E Support Operations Division renovation project. Respondents shall describe how they would successfully perform this project, using the 65% drawings provided and in accordance with applicable Federal, DoD, DA laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Respondents are advised this is a bid/build project, the drawings provided are 65% Design and are included to provide guidance in developing a response to this RFI. For clarification this design will be at 100% complete and stamped for construction before any actual solicitation will be sent out. SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR COMPLETE RFI AND DRAWINGS
