- UPDATE: The draft QASP's have been posted. The gov't responses to the draft PWS and draft L&M are now available. Word Doc 'Ktr Quest to Draft L&M'. This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Global Prepositioned Materiel Services (GPMS) requirement. The purpose of this draft is to gather industry feedback in preparation for a final RFP. This is not an official request for proposals. An award will not be made as a result of this�DRAFT RFP�and proposals will not be considered.� Please submit feedback using the ""GPMS Industry Feedback Template"" provided NLT 1200 EST,�5 June 2020, to�anissa.ross.2@us.af.mil, leland.whipkey@us.af.mil, and jeremy.morrill.2@us.af.mil. �
