This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.� Solicitation Number:� W91243-20-Q-JC05; Request for Quotation This requirement is a 100% small business set aside.� NAICS:� �������������������� 722320; Caterers Size Standard:� ���������� $8,000,000.00 Line Item Numbers: 0001:� Hot Breakfast Meals Delivered daily in the morning starting on 2 August 2020 and continuing through 14 August 2020 1,430 Total Breakfast Meals (Quantity Type:� Each) See Requirements Description for daily breakdown and requirements for breakfast meals � 0002 Sack Lunches; 2-14 August Delivered daily with breakfast meal starting on 2 August 2020 and continuing through 13 August 2020 1,320 Total Sack Lunches (Quantity Type:� Each) See Requirements Description for daily breakdown and requirements for sack lunches � 0003 Hot Dinner Meals 1-14 August Delivered daily in the evening starting on 1 August 2020 and continuing through 13 August 2020 1430 Total Dinner Meals (Quantity Type:� Each) See Requirements Description for daily breakdown and requirements for dinner meals � Requirements Description:� See attached requirements description for meal requirements to include but not limited to delivery times, temperature and quality requirements, and menu guidelines Vendors must submit a proposed menu with their quote. � Submission Formats:� Vendors can choose to submit a quote in any format as long as the quote clearly provides all of the following information: Items quoted Including information detailing how the items quoted meet the specifications of the requirements description.� This includes but is not limited to the required sample menu. Quantities quoted Unit Prices Extended Prices Delivery information Total Price Vendor�s Company Name Vendor�s Current CAGE Code (SAM Registered) Vendor�s Point of Contact (Individual with authority to sign a contract for the vendor) and their contact information) Other Vendor Points of Contact (Sales; Billing, etc; if desired and different than the individual with signature authority) and contact information Past Performance reference information.� See evaluation factors below.� � See attached requirements description for delivery requirements including dates, times, address, and requirements for accessing Camp Dodge, IA installation � A�list of the applicable clauses and provisions for this requirement is attached.� � The Government will evaluate quotes using a Best Value approach.� The following three (3) evaluation factors apply: Price:� Quotes will be evaluated based on the total price of all items requested.� The Government intends to award one contract for all the requested items. Technical:� Items and specifications (such as the sample) quoted, meet the agency�s needs.� Past Performance:� �Vendors must submit three (3) references with a point of contact, that individual's phone number, contract number, and the dollar amount of the contract.� references should be within 3 years prior to the date of publication of this requirement. � Award:� The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract.� Award will be made to a vendor who is deemed responsible and offers the best value for the items that meet the customer�s needs.� We intend to award a contract for this requirement no later than 1:00 PM on 10 July 2020. � Questions:� Questions shall be submitted to James Cole, Nebraska National Guard Contracting Specialist, via email james.p.cole.civ@mail.mil.� All questions must be received prior to 1:00 PM local time for Lincoln, NE on 19 June 2020.� Our office�s core hours of operation are 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM local time for Lincoln, NE, Tuesday through Thursday.� We observe all federal holidays. We will strive to respond to all questions and provide all interested parties the additional information / clarifications by 1:00 PM local time for Lincoln, NE on 24 June 2020.� An interested party is one who responds to the solicitation or contacts the contracting specialist prior to the suspense for submitting questions.�
