Solication Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.sproul@navy.mil no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on 25 June 2020. Solicitation N0042120Q0331 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Milcots LLC. under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. ***Basis for Award*** MILCOTS, a small business, is the only vendor willing to custom build a replacement touchscreen display to meet form, fit, & function for the Teguar TR-2920-08 that has been fielded for the AN/SPN-41B system in the fleet. This notice is intent to Sole Source with Milcots LLC. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
