Description

DCSA intends to modify contract number HS0021-19-F-0023 with the TALX Corporation 11432 Lackland Drive, Saint Louis, MO, 63146.� The modification will extend the contract period utilizing one three-month option period from 01 August 2020 to 31 October 2020. The purpose of the modification is to continue to procure employment verification records and information for the Personnel Vetting (PV) Federal Investigative Records Enterprise (FIRE). The above contract was awarded to TALX Corporation on 01 August 2019. �This contract provides employment history verification reports for subjects of background investigations (BI); this information is vital for initial employment with the Federal Government as well as reinvestigations for continuous vetting. The employment history information will include information related to past and present employment. This modification is a bridge action which is being accomplished in the interest of economy and efficiency. �The new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order.� This extension allows for the Government to continue to procure vital employment verification records and information. There will not be any solicitation documents issued for this proposed action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
