Description

Sources Sought -- Added 15Jun2020 The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this sources sought notice for construction of new training space at Rock Island Arsenal (RIA), located in Rock Island, Illinois. Finish and Upgrade Training Space -- Buildings 103 & 104 USAG-RIA has a requirement to repair and construct office space. The scope of this project is to construct 1600 square feet (SF) of new office space and renovate 7,000 SF of existing office space within Buildings (BLDGs) 103 & 104. Construction includes, but is not limited to the following: insulated metal stud walls with drywall, wood doors with hollow metal frames, exterior wall insulation, roof insulation, suspended acoustical ceilings, electric lighting, painting, room trim, windows, carpeting, window shades, hazardous material removal, new dedicated HVAC system with controls, modification of existing fire sprinklers, modification of existing fire alarm, and modification of existing electrical systems.
