Description: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is looking for small businesses that can provide Fatigued Driver Intervention Services.� The purpose of this contract is to provide support to the data collection portion of this NIOSH funded project.� The project describing the study design in evaluating these two interventions has already been funded.� One ingtervention (the training) is nearing completion and it is time to conduct the evaluation of the two interventions (see the attached Statement of Work).� All small businesses who believe they can provide CDC with these services are required to forward their Capability Statements to Jeff Miller at afx2@cdc.gov by no later that June 19, 2020.
