- ***Updated 06/15/2020 to provide a response to questions. See uploaded attachment. PURPOSE: The purpose of this solicitation is based on Indian Health Service, Nashville Area Office space being renovated. NAO is in need of a combination of services in terms of office design, furniture (office furniture and modular furniture), and installation of furniture. It is expected from the contractor to provide three (3) option plans for each size office and consult with IHS project team to review the plans prior to committing on an option. ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS SOLICITAITON SHALL BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL to Allen Bollinger (allen.bollinger@ihs.gov) and Ralph Ketcher (ralph.ketcher@ihs.gov). No phone calls please. This procurement is being set aside for 100% Small Businesses.
