- Synopsis/Solicitation Combo INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06, effective 05 Jun 2020. This acquisition is total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334513, Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables, with an associated size standard of 750 employees. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, Alaska Science Center, requires a QIAcube Connect instrument with delivery, installation, and application training. Please see attached document(s) for a detailed description and solicitation provisions/clauses. DELIVERY REQUIREMENT Quotations/Proposals must be submitted FOB Destination shipping to Anchorage, Alaska 99508. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS Quotations/Proposals shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at nlushenko@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 30 June 2020 at 1700 ET. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or the FedConnect web portal or FedConnect Message Center shall not be accepted or considered.
