Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE to Duarte, INC RFQ# N66001-20-Q-6601 The proposed contract action is for 2 Day Visual workshop, which the Naval Warfare Information Center Pacific(NIWC PAC SD) San Diego intends to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis to Duarte, INC, under the authority of Far 13.106-1(b)(1). Justification: Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)1; Sole source justification is based on Duarte is Unique and ONLY one source reasonable available and is the ONLY company in San Diego that offer four virtual training. This is a solicitation for Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all proposals received within two (2) days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of the determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This announcement constitutes only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N66001-20-Q-6601 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 611430.
