Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. This procurement is set aside for�Small Business.� The NAICS code is�561720, Janitorial Services� and the Small Business Size Standard is��$18.0 M���������������������������� . See attached RFQ page 26 for Offeror Submission Instructions. PROPOSALS DUE:� June 23. 2020.� 4:00 pm MDT The Black Hills National Forest, intends to establish multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to conduct cleaning and disinfecting activities in support of COVID 19 mitigation and remediation. In general, contracted services will include cleaning (removing dirt, grime, and other substances) and disinfecting (eliminating pathogens with chemicals) all appliances, surfaces, and interior spaces within office facilities, work centers, temporary quarters and vehicles.� Cleaning frequencies will vary based on the amount of use at each services site.� As a BPA call is issued, government will provide location of facility to be cleaned, description of the facility and square footage.
