Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to issue a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with FAR 8.4 for this requirement for Program Analysis and Strategic Support (PASS). This acquisition is solicited under the Professional Services Schedule (00CORP), Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services, Special Item Numbers (SIN) 874-1 Integrated Consulting Services, 874-7 Integrated Business Program Support Services, or the consolidated Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), Business Administrative Services, NAICS 541611. The terms and conditions within the contractor�s BPA schedule are applicable to this contract. Please note the critical dates for this procurement listed below: Questions are due no later than 6:00 p.m. EDT on May 18, 2020.� Phase I submissions are due no later than 6:00 p.m. EDT on May 26, 2020.� Phase II submissions are due no later than 6:00 p.m. EDT on June 12, 2020.� Oral Presentations are planned for the week of June 15, 2020.� Please refer to the attached solicitation for all pertinent information.� Please see Amendment 00001 attached.� Please see Amendment 00002 attached.� In response to a follow up question received by TSA following the posting of Amendment 0002, TSA is providing the following answer in�response to the question�submitted regarding confidence ratings:� Factors A & B are rated as follows: High Confidence/Some Confidence/Low Confidence Factors 1 through 4 are rated as follows: High Confidence/Some Confidence/Low Confidence/No Confidence In regards to Factor 4, Socio-Economic considerations, please review TSA's response to Question #23 as it pertains to the ratings above.� The purpose of this update is to inform all interested parties to please disregard the previously stated dates for the anticipated release of advisory notices, as well as the due date for Phase II quotes and Oral Presentations currently listed in the solicitation. The Government will provide an update when new schedule information is available.�
