- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.� The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is N40085-20-P-0027 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-06, effective May 06, 2020 and DFARS DPN 20200605, effective June 05, 2020. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/far/ and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html. The NAICS code is 532490 and the Small Business Standard is $35 million. Please identify your business size in your response based on this standard. This procurement is classified as 100% set aside for small business concerns.� The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MID-LANT), Norfolk, Virginia requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: Short Term Lease of Sweeper Truck for Naval Air Station Oceana (NASO). See attached Statement of Work for additional information. This procurement will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Period of performance: Period of performance will be from 27 July 2020 through and including 30 September 2020.
