Description

This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and FAR 37.101- Non-personal Services Contracts. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is: The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 518210 and the small business size standard is $35.0 million. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. The Wind River Service Unit PHS Indian Health Center, Fort Washakie, Wyoming is seeking to acquire Clearinghouse & Eligibility Verification Services. Offerors are requested to propose all?inclusive monthly rates when submitting an offer. Offerors are encouraged to submit multiple offers presenting alternative proposals to satisfy the requirements of this solicitation. Each offer submitted will be evaluated separately.
