Description

DEFENSE POW/MIA ACCOUNTING AGENCY (DPAA) SYNOPSIS NOTICE This is not a request for quote/proposal. Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), intends to award a short-term sole source bridge contract for Case Management System Sustainment support to NA Alii Consulting & Sales LLC, 3375 Koapaka Street, Suite B200, Honolulu, HI, 96819.� Currently, the vendors is performing services under task order numbers HQ003419F0403, and services will end on June 25th, 2020. The anticipated period of performance for the bridge contracts is for a 2-month base period of performance, with one 1-month option period, from June 26th, 2020 to September 25th, 2020. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a), �Sole source (including brand name) acquisitions.� Currently these services are going through a phase-out period where NA Alii will need approximately three months to transition their services to a new contractor, and the anticipated completion of the transition will be by August 2020. Therefore, these services are needed to ensure there�s a smooth transition to avoid any lapse in services from the incumbent to the new contractor. � This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations/proposals. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will NOT be honored or acknowledged.
