Description: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), SEFSC Panama City, FL Laboratories, has a requirement for a commercial fishing vessels and fishery observers with a background in scientific research. One local, registered commercial fishing vessel located in Puerto Rico to conduct a total of 39 days at sea and provide observer to conduct data collection, cameral deployments, and biological sample collection. The work is to be conducted from August 1, 2020 through July 1, 2021. �
