SOLICITATION 129JGP20Q0089 Underground Water Storage Tank PLUMAS NATIONAL FOREST June 9, 2020 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 129JGP20Q0089 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-06. This requirement is setaside for total small business, the associated NAICS code is 327290 and the Product Service code is 5430. Furnish and Deliver a concrete 10,000 gallon underground Storm Water Storage Tank Must have H-20 Traffic Load Rating �������������� � H-20 Loading: American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) published its bridge design criteria, commonly known as H-20 or HS-20. It consists of truck axle loading of 32,000 lbs, or wheel loading of 16,000 lbs. This design criteria did NOT specifically address loading on construction castings, but due to casting size, usually only one tire can be on a casting at a time. When contractors ask for H-20 or HS-20 loading, they are asking only for a casting to meet the design criteria of 16,000 lbs. If they do not ask for a safety factor in construction castings, they may not get the quality they are expecting. -���� Have a total capacity of 10,000 Gallons can be a battery of multiple H-20 rated tanks to equal 10,000 gallons total maximum would be 4 � 2,500 gallon tanks -���������� Supplier must deliver to specified site location, including boom/crane unloading and delivery. ����������� Delivery no later than September 30� Delivery Location: Plumas National Forest Little Oregon Creek Oregon Hill Road (Yuba County Road 129) map of location included The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. If this provision is not used, describe the evaluation procedures to be used. Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer, please identify if this information is available through SAM. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause.� This clause is incorporated by reference (IBR). The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.� This clause is attached.
