This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared for the purchase of Technical Surveillance Countermeasure services for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Headquarters (HQ) Office, Washington, D.C., in accordance with the format in Supart 12.6, ""Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,"" and FAR Part 13.5, ""Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items"" as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and the Statement of Work (Attachment 3). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please review all attachments in their entirety and respond accordingly.
