Description

For 0.02 acres of land more or less, consisting of one 25� x 25� fenced parcel for use as a cellular tower, and equipment site, which will also require 5,000 LF of Fiber Optic Cable, more or less, located near the southeast corner of Cargain Road near South Loop, for an 80� monopole that will be designed to handle multiple carriers, and an equipment shelter building for its radio equipment cabinets on Eielson AFB, Alaska thereto located in Section 13, Township 3 South, Range 3 East, Fairbanks Meridian, Forth Judicial District, State of Alaska. The site is level, and accessible only through Eielson AFB, Alaska for purposes of operating and maintaining certain wireless telecommunication equipment, as a cellular communication tower site.� The authority for such a Lease is 10 USC 2667 which allows the Secretary of the Air Frce to lease out non-excess property. Lease will be for a term of 5 years. Cost of the lease of the property will at a minimum equal to Fair Market value (FMV). The lease is at no cost to the Air Force. Grantee must meet all conditions of the lease that is attached. Grantee is responsible for all administrative costs associated with the Lease. Details for all equipment, and space utilization must be provided to the 354 CES Real Property Office for review and approval. At the completion of the lease the Grantor has complete discretion in granting a renewal and can consider, by way of example but�not by way of limitiation, the past practices of the Grantee on the installation, the timeliness of the Grantees request for renewal relative to request by other entities for similiar leases and the changing operational requirements of the government.�
