- Project Title: TRAX Software Reference Number: FA487720QA263 ��The 355th Contracting Squadron, Davis-Monthan AFB, hereby submits an Intent to Sole Source Notice. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-priced contract to Sierra Nevada Corporation for TRAX SNC TRAX License P/N: 03330503 QTY: 2 EA. This procurement action is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This document does not constitute a request for quotations, proposals, or bids. � ��An extended description of the product being acquired is as follows: The Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) Tactical Radio Application eXtension system (TRAX) is the modular designed lightweight/Cross Platform data engine software application which can be hosted on any Linux, Android, or Windows operating system, enabling functionality between separate stove-piped networks. TRAX provides a multi-domain common operating picture that directly allows the user to leverage multiple military and commercial messaging formats to enhance integrated C4I. The SNC TRAX software is a certified TRL 9 software application that requires no additional development or testing. The SNC TRAX C2 Gateway Software is a display-agnostic Tactical Data Link (TDL) host software application, capable of effectively combining disparate TDL networks by translating incompatible protocols and waveforms through Military Standard (MIL-STD) and open based standards translations and forwarding of data. � *See attached Justification and Approval Document. � Firms who desire to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter (email is acceptable) that demonstrates technical expertise, certifications, and authorization to compete for this acquisition.
