Description

(i)� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)� The requisition number is 052220. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii)� This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. (iv) The corresponding NAICS code is 325414 and the small business size standard in number of employees is 1,250.� This is action pursaued under full and open conditions. (v)� List of contract line item number(s), items/description, and quantities.� 1,900 vials of 2020-2021 SEASONAL Influenza Virus Vaccine in a 10-dose, multidose vial (MDV) 6,200 packages of 2020-2021 SEASONAL Influenza Virus Vaccine in a package of 10 pre-filled syringes (PFS) (vi)� Description of Requirements � Reference above (v). (vii)� These items are for the DHHS,�shipping to SSC Building #5 Receiving Dock, Fifth and Boilerhouse Rd, Perry Point, Maryalnd 21902.� Delivery is requested to be between August 15, 2020 and September 15, 2020.� Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable.� (viii)� The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix)� The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation � Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.� The Government will award a contract resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible Quoter whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
