Description: On behalf of the United States Army, Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS), located at Fort Belvoir, VA., the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC-FB) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify vendors that can provide a comprehensive HVAC Equipment full service agreement for repairs, installations, relocation and planned maintenance for PEO EIS buildings 1420, 1445, 1456 and 1189.ï¿½ The HVAC systems are controlled by a centralized computer system that is proprietary to Trane Tracer Summit Energy Management (EMS). This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP), or the promise to issue any of these notices in the future.ï¿½ This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service.ï¿½ This is a Request for Information (RFI), which is being used for informational and market research purposes only.ï¿½ Respondents to this RFI are not considered as offerors and cannot be accepted by the Government to firm a binding contract.ï¿½ The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred by the respondents when responding to this RFI.ï¿½ Respondents should not submit any proprietary information when responding to this RFI.ï¿½ Respondents should also note that the Government will not return any submittals that is received.ï¿½ Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB, or RFP, if any is issued.ï¿½ If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government-wide Point of Entry.ï¿½ It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government-wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement.ï¿½ The anticipated NAICS code is 238220 ï¿½ Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Contractors, and have a Size Standard of $16.5 million dollars. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J045 Maintenance, Repair & Rebuilding of Equipment: Plumbing, Heating and Waste Disposal Equipment. A continuing need is anticipated for the maintenance and repair of the HVAC systems which is being fulfilled through contract: W91QV1-19-P-0055.ï¿½ Attached is a draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Performance Requirement Summary (PRS) and Technical Exhibits.ï¿½ The estimated period of performance is 30 July 2020 through 29 July 2022, which includes a base of twelve months and one option period.ï¿½ Base on the attached PWS, interested parties are requested to submit a capability statement of no more thanï¿½Five (5) pages in length in Times New Roman font of not less than 10 pitch.
