Description

The Department of Interior, National Park Service, Midwest Region Major Acquisition Buying Office is issuing solicitation (140P6020R0009) on Federal Business Opportunities (https://www.fbo.gov), for contracted services to replace approximately 8000 sf of Asphalt road at the Freeman School Complex at Homestead National Monument of America in Beatrice, NE. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Type of Contract: One (1) Firm-Fixed Price Contract will be awarded on a best value basis. NAICS CODE: 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The small business standard is $39.5M. In accordance with FAR 36.204(a) the Project Magnitude is less than $25,000. Contract Period of Performance: Estimated at 120 days from NTP being issued.
