Description: Project#: CM20139073 Solicitation# SPE7M5-20-R-X010 PR#: �1000095712 NSN: �5962-01-051-2101 Item Description: Microcircuit , Linear AMC/AMSC: 1/C Type of Set Aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 334413 Size Standard: 1250 This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) under Other Than Full and Open Competition FAR 6.302 (c) (1) in-accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 13 procedures for the described supplies. �A Base Period of 1 year and four separate 1-year Options with a total duration not to exceed 5 years are anticipated. The total contract value is estimated not to exceed $250,000.00. Annual Demand Quantity: �108 EA Price breaks from 6 EA up to 130 EA will be included in the Base Year and each of the four Option years of the solicitation FOB Origin, Inspection / Acceptance Destination� This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved source(s) or their suppliers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2340 (c)(1). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. For those sources who are interested in becoming an approved source, Procurement Note L04 (Offers for Part Numbered Items) and Procurement Note M06 (Evaluation of Offers for Part Numbered Items), outlines the Offeror�s requirements and will be included in the solicitation. (Alternate offerors must provide a complete SAR package, which includes data for the approved and alternate part). This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program to reduce cost of transportation through the use of Government-Arranged Transportation utilizing Government contracts and rates.� If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) FDT will not apply. For FDT program transportation requirements, see Procurement Note C16 - First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program, Government Arranged Transportation for Manual Awards, Procurement Note C17 - FDT Program-Shipments Originating from Outside the Contiguous United States and C20 - Vendor Shipment Module (VSM). Offers should be submitted based on FOB Origin. For offerors whose shipments will originate from outside the contiguous United States, the offeror's FOB Origin price shall include transportation to a contiguous United States location that the offeror selects based on cost effectiveness or other variables at the offeror's discretion. Additional information about FDT can be found at: http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ Delivery: 137 days for all quantity ranges Ship-To Address: Shipping instructions to a DLA Direct procurement location shall be provided with individual delivery orders. Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within 30 days after the date of the order. Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155). This solicitation will issue in June 2020 as an RFP. It will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. �Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Solicitation will contain Procurement Note M01; Approved Suppliers for Federal Supply Class (FSC) 5961, Semiconductors and Hardware Devices, and FSC 5962, Electronic Microcircuits (SEP 2017) Reverse Auctioning: This solicitation will not contain Procurement Note L09- Reverse Auction (RA). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and socioeconomic factors as described in the solicitation.
