Description

The National Park Service, Department of the Interior, anticipates issuing a solicitation for the following project. This is a pre-solicitation notice only and does not constitute a solicitation. Accordingly, no response is due at this time, nor will any questions of a technical or contractual nature be answered. Those questions will only be answered via an amendment to the solicitation, once it is issued. Specific instructions on submitting proposals will be contained in the solicitation documents, It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about July 1, 2020. The entire solicitation package, including all attachments, will be available electronically at www.FBO.GOV. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. PROJECT SCOPE: The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, and services as necessary to successfully complete replace five metal roofs, 4 built up roofs, and 1 shingle roof. 1106,1120,1109, 1109HM, Sign Storage Shed, 1108, Oil Storage Shed, Mechanic Office, Vehicle Shelter, Spill Kit Storage Shed Fort Cronkhite Sausalito, CA 94928 Golden Gate National Recreation Area Marin County, California. Place of Performance: GOLDEN GATE NATIONAL RECREATION AREA, Marin County, California. NAICS No. for this project is: 238160; with a Small Business Size Standard $15M This project is set aside for Total Small Business. Per FAR 52.228-13, ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT PROTECTIONS ARE REQUIRED ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $25,000 & $100,000. This announcement does not constitute the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred related to the site visit and/or in responding to this announcement. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MATERIAL, LABOR, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND EXPERTISE NEEDED TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT IN ACCORDANCEWITH THE STATEMENT of WORK
