- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N00244-20-Q-0136. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through latest Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS change notices. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition. NAICS Code 326199 All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing is applicable and business size is 750 employees. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 22 June 2020 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation. Requirements ********************************************************* Refer to statement of work and photos for full details. Vendor is to provide and install vertical grade laminate/glass surfaces at Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) galley. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to ensure proper installation of all items listed in the statement of work. Contractor is responsible for verifying all dimensions prior to bidding and fabrication. Custom etched 24� x 3/8� tempered glass included on all glass etching (per logo) artwork conversion to vector, which is necessary for glass etching. A site visit for viewing the work area and taking measurements at NBVC Galley at Port Hueneme, California is set for 18 June 2020 at 09:00 am.
