Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Department of the Navy (DoN) intends to negotiate a one-time sole source contract with General Electric Medical Systems Information Technology, 9900 Innovation Drive, Wauwatosa, WI 53226-4856, is the sole source provider for the Maintenance of the Physiologic Cardiac Catheterization Monitoring System that meets DON's requirements.�The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106 (b)(1)(i). This notice will be distributed solely through the betaSam.gov Website (https://beta.sam.gov/). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the betaSam site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 811219, the size standard is 22�(millions of dollars). Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined DON's requirement can only be provided by� General Electric Medical Systems Information Technology as they are the sole authority authorized to provide these services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 12:00 pm, EST, 19 June 2020 by email to the attention of Erin Behrns, Contract Specialist, at erin.m.behrns.civ@mail.mil. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
