THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ATTACHED REQUIREMENT. All-electronic CNC Tube Bending Machine **NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT.� A draft Sole Source Justification is attached.� The government is seeking comment on the appropriateness of sole sourcing this acquisition.� Please provide a detailed explanation of your objections to the attached DRAFT sole source justification if you believe it to be in error. **DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTATION OR PROVIDE COST AND PRICING DATA** **NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME** ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITION. Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota is seeking sources capable of providing one (1) electric CNC Tube Bending Machine to include the features and meet the specifications as identified in the salient characteristics included with this sources sought request as Attch 1_Salient Characteristics Electric Tube Bending Machine.� This is a purchase for product only.� A DRAFT J&A for sole source justification is also attached as Attch 2_Sole Source Justification_Redacted_Tube Bending. All interested parties are invited to provide the following information about your company/institution. 1. Company name, address, point of contact (POC), telephone number, fax number, email address, website, and CAGE Code. 2. Company's business size and/or socioeconomic status (i.e. Large Business, Small Business, SBA Certified 8A Program Participant, SBA Certified HUB Zone Firm, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Woman-Owned Small Business). 3.� A positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract as a prime contractor. 4.� A detailed statement addressing any objections taken to the attached DRAFT sole source justification.
