- Pre Solicitation Notice for Grounds Maintenance Services for Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd., San Antonio, TX, 78209. RFP 3678620R0055 The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, vehicles, tools, materials, services, equipment and quality control necessary for work consisting of grounds maintenance services for the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. This is a performance-based contract for cemetery grounds maintenance services at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, Texas and the overall responsibility of the Contractor is to plan, coordinate, organize, manage, and perform the activities of mowing and trimming; trimming around headstones, edging around flat markers; curb/sidewalk edging; and associated services described herein required to maintain a healthy and aesthetic appearance of the Cemetery grounds. List of grounds maintenance services required under this solicitation includes the following: BASE PERIOD: October 1, 2020 (or date of award) through September 30, 2021 CLIN No. Supplies/Services Est. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561730 is applicable. Offerors proposals will be evaluated using FAR Part 15 trade off procedures and the government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
