Description

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Electronic Warfare Division, Robins Air Force Base (RAFB) has a need for Engineering and technical services and supplies for the sustainment, modification, and update of the AN/ALQ-172(V) Countermeasures System (CMS). This requirement includes AN/ALQ-172(V) legacy and Maintainability and Reliability System (MARS) Line Replaceable Unit (LRU), Shop Replaceable Unit (SRU), Operational Flight Program (OFP), other System Software (SW) tools, and Support Equipment SW. This acquisition is sole source to L3 Harris Technologies, Inc., CAGE Code 28527 in accordance with authority 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own or possess a full technical data package nor the data rights to procure the services competitively. All responsible sources/interested parties may submit a capability statement and proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to award a follow-on Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The period of performance is a twelve (12) month sustainment basic period, nine (9) twelve (12) month sustainment option periods.� The solicitation is planned to be issued on 23 June 2020 under solicitation number FA8523-20-R-0040. The anticipated award date is 08 July 2021.
