- Amendment 001- 06/08/2020- Added Brand Name Justification, corrected the spelling of the brand name company in the solicitation�s CLIN Table and attachment 2, Technical Compliance and Pricing Table. Updated all attachments to PDF format. Amendment 002- 06/08/2020 Corrected offers due date to reflect, June 18, 2020 1pm eastern daylight time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70T02020Q7FCOO217. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued for a Purchase Order to provide 120,000 Brand name ID Search Licenses and brand name ID Search Maintenance Quoters are requested to review the attached Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document, which is the solicitation document itself, as well as the Solicitation Attachments. Please review all documents carefully.� The solicitation�and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06. The�Prospective Quoters are requested to review the attached documents, which includes the solicitation document itself, as well as the Solicitation Attachments. Please review all documents carefully. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under the North American Industry Classification�System (NAICS)�511210 ""Software Publishers"". List of contract line item numbers(s) and item(s), quantities and units of measure:� See the attached solicitation and solicitation attachment 1 SOW Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� See attached solicitation� Dates and places of delivery:� See attached solicitation� The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-- Commercial, applies to this acquisition, however no alternative terms and conditions or commercial items outside those specified in the attached solicitation will be considered.
