- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to apply a systematic aquatic herbicide to control variable milfoil at the Franklin Falls Dam Flood Control Project.� Location consists of portions of the Pemigewasset River north of the Franklin Falls Dam in Franklin, NH. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
