- The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre- Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Philadelphia CMJC VAMC, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 has a requirement for Fresh Bread and Cupcakes. � Background: The CMJC VAMC has a requirement for the daily supply of fresh bread, bakery products, specialty products (such as cakes, muffins, etc.), to include individually wrapped (IW) bread to be served with the veterans� meals. All bread products should be fresh with an expiration date and the nutritional facts visible on the packaging. The primary goal of the VAMC Food & Nutrition Service is to meet our veterans� dietary needs such as providing renal patients with a white bread option. Also, we utilize bread as a key component in our diabetic meals. � Deliverables:� The contractor will provide: FRESH PULL #3 WHITE 24 OZ FRESH PULLMAN #3 RYE FRESH PULL #3 WHEAT 22 OZ FRESH SLICE WHITE 125 TRAY (IW) FRESH SLICE W/W 125 TRAY (IW) FRESH CUPCAKES � CHOCOLATE & VANILLA Orders will be delivered twice a week on Monday and Friday. With an optional Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday delivery whenever necessary in accordance with the needs of the VAMC. Place of Performance: The contractor shall deliver to: Philadelphia CMJC VAMC 3900 Woodland Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19104 �Period of Performance:� This contract will be 3 Year Contract (1July2020-30June 2023) Is the market able to accommodate this arrangement?
