REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Budget and Policy Data-Driven Policy Management The United States (U.S.) Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is seeking vendors that can provide the support services outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).� The RFI/Sources Sought notice is an announcement seeking market research information on businesses capable of providing the services in the attached SOW.� The technical capability package response for this sources sought/market research notice is not expected to be a proposal, nor will any award be made, but rather specific, detailed information regarding the company�s existing experience in relation to the areas specified in the SOW for information and planning purposes only.� The Government will not accept simply submission of your firm�s standard brochure of capabilities as a response to this sources sought/market survey notice. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interested parties in responding to this request.� If your firm has an interest, please provide a technical capability package.� The complete capability packages must not exceed 15 typed pages.� The following questions must be answered and elaborated on as part of the capability statement response: (1) Past Performance � Does your firm have the relevant past performance within the last three years (include contract number, contract type, dollar value, point of contact (POC), and a brief description of the work performed)?, If so, please briefly describe the past performance and its potential relevancy to the SOW attached to this RFI/Sources Sought notice. (2) Corporate Experience � Does your firm have the work experience similar in nature, scope, complexity, and difficulty of work in the SOW? If so, please briefly explain the experience in relevancy to the nature, scope, complexity, and difficulty of work concerning our attached SOW. �(3) Which labor categories did your firm utilize for this type of work under a contract awarded? and (4) What were the qualifications needed of personnel concerning each labor category used for work under the awarded contract, task order etc. Please provide your company�s name, POC, physical mailing address of firm, email address, phone number, business classification, cage code and your specific business size under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code along with your technical capability package response. If your firm has a specific NAICS code to recommend for these specific type of services, please include it in your response to this RFI/Sources Sought notice. � Complete technical capability packages must be submitted electronically to Ms. Alveatta Palmer, Contract Specialist via email at Alveatta.Palmer.ctr@dot.gov with a copy to Mrs. Stephanie Cooke-Nwadibia via email at Stephanie.Cooke-Nwadibia@dot.gov by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursday, June 18, 2020. Please note that the Government will not be compiling a bidders list for this Request for Information/sources sought nor posting one. Contract Type Work to be provided may be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and labor hour or a combination of both. Period of Performance The anticipated period of performance will be one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.� Place of Performance The contractor shall furnish necessary facilities to undertake the scope of work and perform the services specific in this requirement.
