This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z035-20-Q-JCE13200 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. The associated NAICS code is�333318 and the small business size standard is 1000 employess. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.
