- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit for symposium support services for the Navy�s office of the General Counsel�s annual training symposium on an unrestricted, four and open basis. The symposium is to take place in Washington, DC metro area during April and May 2021. Request for quote in N0018920QZ227 contemplates a firm fixed price type contract. The scheduled dates are in April and May with the specific dates identified in the solicitation. The quoter will be required to provide lodging for approximately 600 guests within the approved government Perdiem rate parentheses build two individual Travelers). The quoter will also be required to provide multiple meeting rooms for the various sessions of the symposium as outlined in the performance work statement below. The quoter will also be required to provide transportation to and from local airports as outlined in the performance work statement. This is a combined synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13.5; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and its attachment constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested in accordance with the attached solicitation. The government will not pay for information received. The NAICS code is 721110 with a size standard of $32.5 million. The solicitation document and Inc. provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal acquisition circular.
