Description

This requirement is subject to availability of funds and no contract award will be made until funds become available. The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron located at JBPH-H, Oahu, Hawaii, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for on-site operations support of the Misawa/Osan/Kunsan/Kadena Instrumented Training System (MOKKITS) located at Misawa, Osan, Kunsan, and Kadena Air Force Bases. The MOKKITS provides realistic Air Combat Training to the warfighter and employs instrumentation on high activity participant aircraft and ground subsystem components. The system contains an air-to-air data link for sharing participant GPS based time-space-position information and is capable of both range-less and ground-based live monitor operations. The requirement entails providing operations support for the MOKKITS and�the associated operations support tasks will be outlined in attachment J-1, Performance Work Statement (PWS) MOKKITS Operations Support of the solicitation. The solicitation will be released on or about 19 June 2020. The solicitation number is FA5215-20-R-0003; hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is twelve (12) months with four (4) twelve-month option periods. �The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 488190 � Other Support Activities for Air Transportation with a size standard of $35M. This is a Full and Open Competition requirement and the Government intends to award without discussions. Interested offerors must be registered in the Government database at www.sam.gov.� The solicitation and all attachments will only be posted on the official Government web page at beta.sam.gov and the Government is not liable for information furnished by any other source. Amendments, if/when issued will be posted to the beta.sam.gov page for electronic downloading. This will be the only method of distributing amendments prior to closing; therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation.� �
