Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS, has a requirement to provide the as-needed service, maintenance, and repair support services for the ERDC-wide voice, video, and data communications networks which operate over fiber optic, copper, coaxial, and Ethernet cabling. This will encompass the telephone, ACE-IT, RDE, CCTV, and Access Control cabling infrastructure for all ERDC locations. These nonpersonal services will be acquired using a performance-based contract vehicle IAW FAR 37.102, Service Contracting Policy. ERDC Contracting Office intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. There will be a five (5) year Ordering Period for this action. Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) task orders shall be issued for maintenance, repair, and service requirements. The base contract capacity has been established as $9.95 million, NAICS code 811213, Communications Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services with an SBA size standard of $11 million has been selected for this action.
