Description
PTAG Part 6.1.4 Synopsis The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a requirement for ASPOSE.Imaging for .net Software License and Maintenance utilizing North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 423430 for the anticipated period of performance July 10, 2020 � July 9, 2021.� The anticipated award date is on or before July 10, 2020. In accordance with PTAG, the USPTO conducted market research in May 2020 and the results indicated a limited number of vendors are most likely to successfully meet the agency�s need. Additionally, USPTO intends to solicit, negotiate and award a non-competitive, firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order to include a one-year base and four (4) one-year options.��� The USPTO intends to award the Aspose Imaging software to MVP Consulting, Inc., a small disadvantage small business, in accordance with the Patent and Trademark Office Efficiency Act, 35 U.S.C. 2(b)(4)(A). Any other vendor that is part of the small disadvantaged small business program may contact the Contracting Officer to express interest in competing for the requirement within the synopsis period. When contacting the Contracting Officer, vendors must submit a capability statement that does not exceed 1 page in length that shows their ability to perform the requirement as described in the Patent and Trademark Office Acquisition Guidelines (PTAG) https://federalregister.gov/a/2013-24316. As a result, the solicitation will only be issued to MVP Consulting Inc., a qualified small disadvantaged small business.
