SOURCES SOUGHT/SOLICITATION #: N0017820R6834 Submitted by: Michael Johnson NAICS Code: 517919 FSC Code:� U099 Anticipated Date to be published in BETA SAM: 5 June 2020 Anticipated Closing Date:� 11 June 2020 Contracts POC Name: Michael Johnson Telephone#:� 540-653-4654 Email Address:� michael.h.johnson1@navy.mil Description and Code:� U � Education and Training Services This Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d).� The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to APIS in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW): Under the authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, the government intends to issue a sole source contract to APIS Training, PO Box 1140, Boulder, CO 80306 as they are the only vendor that can provide the requirements detailed in the SOW as required by NSWCDD This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals.� However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which, if received no later than 3:00 PM (EDT) on 11 June 2020, shall be considered by NSWCDD.� All responses must be submitted to the government point of contact at the email address shown below.� Responses must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist, Michael Johnson, via email at michael.h.johnson1@navy.mil no later than the date and time noted above.� Email should reference Sources Sought N0017820R6834 in the subject line. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
