Agency/Office: U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Location: 330 Independence Ave., SW Washington, DC 20237, Untied States Title: Gartner Risk Management Leadership Council Classic� Subscription USAGM seeks, a subscription service to provide access to risk management best practice research, benchmarks, and events.� � Description(s): This notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) section 5.201 to notify the public of a proposed contract action. �Introduction: The U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) intends to contract by means of other than full and open competition and enter into a sole source contract with Gartner Inc, 56 Top Gallant Road, Stanford, CT 06902.� The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition that is applicable to this procurement is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), which is implemented at FAR 6.302-1 as follows: ""When the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source � and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, full and open competition need not be provided for."" �Description of the Requirement: The Service provides access for the senior-most executive (the �Executive�), as listed in the Service Agreement, and select team members (�Team Members�) of the Client. Collectively, the Executive and the Team Members are �Licensed Users�. Licensed Users are entitled to the following: Research and Insight Decision and Diagnostic Tools Peer Benchmarks Executive Networking Proven Best Practices Advisory Support Live and/or Online Learning Events (Certain Events may be reserved for the Executive)� This notice of intent is not a request for capability statements or competitive proposals. However, all capability statements received within five (5) business days of the issuance of this notice may be considered by the agency.� Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.� �No telephone responses of an interested firm�s statements of interest or capabilities will be accepted by the USAGM for this notice. Period of Performance: The contract period of performance for this contract is estimated to (12) months from date of award Contracting Office Address: �330 Independence Ave., SW Washington, DC 20237, Untied States Place of Performance: �The contractor shall perform all services solely at the contractor�s facility/site.
