Description

CSRA, LLC of Falls Church, VA was awarded a bridge contract extension to Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract N00039-17-D-0002 for the addition of a 4th Option in the amount of $2,765,947.65. The 7-month option extends the contract for the delivery of OCONUS network support and systems integration services in support of the DoN, and provides fully priced Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLINs for each OCONUS Region to be transitioned to the follow-on contractor. All work will be performed in locations outside the United States based on the requirement for each delivery order placed. Work is expected to be completed by 27 December 2020. No funding was placed on contract at time of award. Contract funds will be obligated on individual delivery orders. This contract was not competitively procured because it is a sole source acquisition pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - Only One Responsible Source (Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 6.302-1). The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity (N00039-17-D-0002). Attached please find the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) document.
