- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking responses in order to determine possible participation in the anticipated acquisition. The 378th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron (378 ECONS) intends to award a Paving Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract performed at Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a corresponding size standard of $36.5M. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The IDIQ will be a multi-year contract, duration of which will be two (2) years from the time of award. The magnitude of the IDIQ is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(f). The Government anticipates making award in August 2020. The Request for Proposal (RFP) release date is to be determined. Please note: It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fbo.gov for all subsequent postings. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is posted in conjunction with this notice to provide the size, scope, and complexity of this requirement.� This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. All interested parties should submit a capabilities package (limited to no more than 10 pages total) outlining your company's key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement. Past experience should be limited to projects performed within the last 5 years. All interested parties should provide CAGE, DUNS, and JCCS information, as applicable. Please submit the requested information electronically to this office NLT the closing date and time (4 June 2020, 1:00 p.m. AST) to Austin.breault1@psab.afcent.af.mil. The internet and e-mail shall be used as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging all information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available. The Government will provide an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of information submitted. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. NOTE: In response to any future RFP, the Government may require proof of base access authorization from RSAF Public Relations Office for all personnel, vehicles, equipment, and all other components necessary to complete work on Prince Sultan Air Base. See attached RSAF Blue Letter for a list of requirements to operate on Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Proof of base access capabilities is not required in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
