- PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The US Forest Service intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis a contract to Aerotek Aviation LLC, 1200 S Industry Dr, Oxford, NC, 27565. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.� Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 423860- Transportation Equipment and Supplies (except Motor Vehicle) Merchant Wholesalers; the size standard is 150 employees. The US Forest Service intends to negotiate a one-time sole source contract with Aerotek Aviation to purchase the following aircraft parts for a Shorts Brothers SD3-60 Sherpa.� 200950001 - Complete Overhaul of Aircraft L/H Rear Pintle Pin 200950003 - Complete Overhaul of Aircraft Forward Pintle 201116001 - Complete Overhaul of R/H Wheel Lever Assembly THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, BIDS or PROPOSALS, and a solicitation will not be issued. Responsible sources may identify their interests and or provide a capability statement as a response to this notice. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement prior to and no later than June 5, 2020 at 1600 PST. The Government will not accept telephone inquiries. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
