Title: CISS Injury Coding - Amendment 0005 The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to notify potential interested parties that the National�Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is in receipt of a Notice and Order from the�Small Business Administrations Office of Hearings and Appeals to formally appeal the�NAICS Code designation for Solicitation No. 693JJ920R000001 Amendment 0003 (CISS Injury�Coding). Accordingly, all activities under Solicitation No. 693JJ920R000001 are hereby�suspended until further notice. While the aforementioned suspension is in place, potential interested parties are�requested to review the attached documentation from the Small Business Administrations�Office of Hearings and Appeals. Any interested�party may file and serve arguments pursuant to�13 C.F.R. Part 134, subpart C. All arguments�must be filed and submitted no later than 5:00�pm on June 11, 2020.� Once a decision has been rendered by the Office�of Hearings and Appeals, NHTSA will issue an�amendment notifying potential interested parties�on the resumption of solicitation activities. ******************************************************************************************************************* Title: CISS Injury Coding - Amendment 0004 NHTSA issues the subject amendment to Solicitation #693JJ920R000001 (CISS Injury Coding) to correct and reduce the Option Period 5 (Contract Year 6) Level of Effort Hours by half of the originally posted amount. Please reference page 77 of the solicitation for the relevant detailed information. ************************************************************************************************* CISS Injury Coding - Amendment 0003�of Solicitation #693JJ920R000001 NHTSA issues the subject amendment to #693JJ920R000001 (CISS Injury Coding) to update and correct the NAICS Code designation and size standard from 541715 (Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences) with a size standard of 1,000 employees to 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services) with a size designation of 16.5 Million. Additionally, this amendment extends the proposal due date from Friday, May 29, 2020 at 1:00pm, EST to Friday, June 5, 2020 at 1:00pm EST. DOT 1350.2 - �Establishment of a Departmental Information Resources Management Manual System� is attached along with this amendment. Please reference the attached Request for Proposal for further details and relevant information.
