- The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)- follow-on contracts for the continued provision of highly specialized services when it is likely that award to any other source would result in� (B) Unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency�s requirements. The requirements are for maintenance of established remedies, monthly O&M reporting, and achievement of a Routine Monitoring and Maintenance Report (RMMR) for O&M activities from 01 April 2020 through 30 June 2020 at HAFB.
