- This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this email is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334510. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice is not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The Department of Veterans, Network Contracting Office 8, Orlando VA Healthcare System has a requirement for the Caribbean VA Healthcare System, 10 Casia Street, San Juan, PR 00921. NCO 8 intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed priced contract for an Ultrasound Vein Arterial Detector Systems. Are you able to provide the item listed? The device shall have preset options for adult patients The device shall have touchscreen controls The device shall have automatic or digital pressure cuff The device shall Rt/Lt sensitive PPG sensors and digit clips The device transducers shall have 5MHZ and 8MHz capability The device transducers shall have a minimum length of 8 The device shall have adjustable arm mount or ergonomic The device shall have wireless The device shall have USB capability The device shall have DICOM store MWL and Print The device shall be capable of saving video and static images internally (local storage) minimum 1.5 TB The vendor shall supply two (2) operating and two (2) technical manuals are preferred digital Operating system with a window 10 Concerns may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements- This must not be a generic line card but something that the government can positively use to determine the procurement strategy of this requisition.
